Thanks for the replies and the birthday wishes! Yes it was Applebees! I will put it into perspective that it was only one day! My bday is actually today so I'm going out for supper with my family but I will be prepared (and besides I'm still full from last night!). :)

I'm about to turn 35 with 2 kids (5 and 2)....the only time I find to workout is when the kids go to bed (around 8:30PM) I'm definitely not a morning person (ugh!) so the nighttime is the best for me! Yo can do it! :) I also love Walk Away the Pounds videos, Jillian Michaels too!

I'm going camping this weekend and it's going to be hot so I'll be drinking. But I'll be having: Low cal beer (in Canada there is Molson 67 - only 70cals!) mojitos made with splenda and club soda - only cals will be the rum! 100 cal coolers (YUM!) I'm planning on drinking a bottle of water between each alcoholic drink too…
