Birthday FAIL!
So last night I went out for supper with a friend to celebrate my bday (which is today!) And I was a total oinker! Shared the spinach and artichoke dip, had a Mucho Size Bahama Mama and had the riblet platter (only ate half) but I was over my cals by 1600 - OMFG!! How do I get over this? I'm talking about the cinnamon candy, not mine! LOL.....I'm addicted to these stupid sweet candy. Argh. I just ate a huge package of them and tracked the calories (which is 10,000.....OK a slight exaggeration but still very high) WHy do I keep on sabotaging myself? I need to get my act together. hard boiled eggs?
How long are these good for in the fridge? I boiled some last Sunday and I have a few left....would they be OK to eat this week? They have been refrigerated the whole time.

Anyone keep a secret from their SO? I have a credit card that I have racked up over $1600.....my DH knows nothing about it as it's in my name. I'm coming clean tonight....it's gonna get ugly. SIGH. Any advice?

Over cals...
So yesterday I was over my calories by 500! I admit I overindulged when I went out for supper and didn't workout to balance it out. Do I eat below my calories today to offset the damage that I did yesterday?

HRM question
I have used Polar in the past and I've heard alot about Mio. But I like the chest strap/continual heart rate monitoring of a Polar. WIth the Mio, you have to touch the sensors, right? Any thoughts?
