Over cals...

So yesterday I was over my calories by 500! I admit I overindulged when I went out for supper and didn't workout to balance it out. Do I eat below my calories today to offset the damage that I did yesterday?

Thats not damage. Plus if you think about it; MFP sets a pretty big deficit for some and you are more than likely still in somewhat a deficit after eating over. I don't punish myself for a bad day. I move on and carry through. Just workout 15 more minutes, run a little bit longer today. Something of that nature.0
