I have read a bunch of posts and articles and from what I can tell, you should aim for approx 1g of protein per lb of your goal weight.... So for me, that is approx 150g protein a day! I try to eat more protein on my strength training days than my puire cardio days, so today I am on the higher side.... Its difficult for me…

Agreed! I actually use the yoplait smoothie mix (1/3 package) w/skim milk...I get my protein/carbs in one tasty drink!

I would say GNC 100% Whey, but only when its on sale..... I use that post wo, a tub lasts about a month (5 shakes per week) and sets me back about $25.... I dont know many other options, primarily because I am scared to try them......
