You may also want to try the Oatmeal Banana "Cookie". 1 banana 1/4 cup oats 1 T choc chips Mash the banana up, add the oats and mix in well. Add the chocolate chips. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Supreme Protein Carmanel Nut Chocolate with 30g of protein are my favorite. You can get these at Wal-Mart in the pharmacy area. I'm on a meal plan and I am having a Burrito Bowl for lunch today. 4 oz. 93/7 ground turkey with taco seasoning 1/2 cup Uncle Ben's 90 second brown rice 1/2 cup Bush's low sodium Black beans homemade pico de galla Lettuce and salsa It is too die for!!!
