I am also not getting in a ton of exercise and am still dropping. Diet is an important part of this and if you stay on it you will lose (just slower than those people that are doing both). Find the happy medium that works for you and stay with it, you can succeed!

Had a brutal day yesterday... when all was said and done I had 4,700 calories yesterday! UGHHH! Back to the grindstone today and move on with it! Just a little depressing that you can fall off sooooo hard and almost undo the whole week's worth of work.

Loss is still a loss If you make 25 pounds then that would be awesome also!!!! And if you happen to sneak a little extra workout or two and it is a little more then that would be fine also :wink: Keep it up.

You tell me your starting weight (the easy part) You work your butt off the next week (hard part) You watch your calories like a hawk (hard part) Then you tell me your weight next Monday... And then repeat!

Ok so I am really proud of us! 115 pounds lost in the first week and we had some late starters etc. The ones in yellow have either not got back to me or do their weigh ins on different days. For the weekend I am really careful that I make my calories! Try to preplan things... like my buddy has a bday this weekend that the boys are gonna head out for, well then I will try to eat a little less to make sure I have a few extra calories for the night, maybe even get a run in or something to build myself a little…
