My wife had the same thing when we started this. I was shedding pounds and she wasn't losing at all (or barely). But after probably 5 weeks of being true to her calories and exercise she noticed her ring was looser and she fit better in her clothes. Then the scale finally started showing some progress. Stick with it.

I really like Kellog's All Bran Complete Wheat Flakes. 2 servings is nice and filling for me and not too bad on the calories. I'll add raisins to it sometimes as well.

Based on my experience (a couple years ago), I was doing close to 60 minutes on the elliptical, but then after a couple weeks I went out to try jogging and couldn't make it 1 mile. I've lost 46 lbs since Valentine's day with just eating better (and less) and running 3 times a week. Just put your head down, work at it and don't weigh yourself every day and before you know it you'll be amazed at how much you've lost.

I did the C25K last year, ran a couple races (slowly) then took the winter off. I've since lost over 40 lbs and re-did part of C25K back in March.
