  • I just came back to MFP today too. My usual habit is logging for 1 week and then I fall off again. I need to change that cycle for I have gained too much weight. I need help and need new friends too.....add me please!

  • This group is a perfect fit for me! I'm 52 years old and have gained 50 of my 80 lb weight loss. I'm so frustrated with menopause weight gain. I need all the help I can get!   • Hi I hav been struggling just to stay accountable. Maybe a text buddy would be helpful for me to keep me on my path as well.
