I just finished my second week... i lost 7 lbs the first week and 3 last week... i guess there can be big variances weekly but 10 lbs in two weeks is pretty good....I feel your happiness :)

Green tea is a great detoxifier. Drink a cup( freshly brewed, not store-bought) with a teaspoon of honey before you eat ANYTHING. Also drink a glass of water after the tea before eating.
