I fluctuate around 152 (depending on how much motivation I have) but have just recently decided to get down to 130-120s and stay there! We can do it! :)

I always seem to stop exercising because I don't have enough motivation and my boyfriend who can eat anything and not gain a pound doesn't really encourage good eating habits but if you just set a little reminder every day to come on this site and log everything, you will start to be aware of your eating.…
