I do weight daily....keeps me in check....but I know my body and normally how food and ect effects the scale....but I hadn't had too much experience with gym lol

Took me 6 months March to Sept I've been maintaining since sept Well basically losing and "gaining" the same 5 pounds So basically maintaining but I'm buckling down to lose my last 10-15 now
