That's so great! Keep up whatever you are doing that works for you and stay excited! My first mini goal is also to break the 200 lb mark and am working hard to get there. Every day we choose to eat healthy and exercise brings us closer to our goals!

Are there trainers available to consult at your gym? If so, maybe they can advise you about adjusting your workout routine. Sometimes changing what you do can help break out of a plateau. For example, if you usually walk/run on a treadmill then try an aerobics class instead. Or, maybe add more weight or different exercises…

I would base the costume on a round rice paper light. The largest I've seen is at Ikea and is only about 20" diameter, so you'd have to build one yourself. Buy a light so you can see how it's constructed (I think they are less than $10 at Target and I know Ikea has one that is 12" diameter for about $10). Then get heavy…
