I highly recommend the new balance versatility tank with the built in bra. I normally wear a 32DD but switch to a 34D for this one and love it for running.

Gwen, You've made the hardest step which is coming out and saying you're trying to other people. The best advice I can give someone in a goal like this is to remember it's a marathon not a sprint. glypta is correct. The number is the time it takes to run or walk a mile. Obviously you can run for different reasons but typically runners would want to run a 10 minute mile over a 12 minute mile as that means we are running faster.
