I try to keep it balanced. My carbs can be high, but that is due to the amount of fruit i will eat (or wine at weekend :blushing: ). I find that the weeks that I do not lose are the weeks when my protien has been low, so I try to keep that to the suggested level.

If you are under your calories, your body may be going into starvation mode, try to up your calories, log all your food (it'll be easier after a few days as MFP will remember them) and make it good food, clean food - go back to basics, keep the good oils in your diet in moderation. start with the basics, eat plenty ofved and fruit and add some lean protein and complex carbs. Try changing to wholegrain pasta, brown rice, etc, it will fill you up quickly.
