just keep logging your food and be realisitc about what you eat (and drink). Measure your portions until you get used to it ( invest in measuring cups if you dont have any as so many portions here are 'cups'), also measure your portions when you are used to it as you'll be surprised how much, or little, you eat. Mix up…

yes! I was given a FT6 as a Xmas gift and it has made a huge difference to my excercise. If you are going to purchase a Polar, try getting one that does have the ownzone programme. I find now when I go for a run or walk, I train harder. One downside is needing to purchase the flowlink device to upload your data.

I'm with you on that! We have rented so many cottages there, even out of season. Other favourites are Whitby, Aberystwyth, Tenby and Edinburgh. Had a great time in Waymouth recently.

YES!!! I felt like you when I started. What I did was to start at night. I'd run, but walk if anyone was looking or if a car passed.
