Low HIIT 25 for me today. I did about 50 minutes of weights before the class so I really felt it extra in my legs....it was great!

Yesterday I did Low HIIT 20 after a 45 min weight session...it was awesome. Today is rest day for me!

Started Week 4 today! Low HIIT 25 done! Was supposed to do a quick weight workout first but I'm sick so I'm glad I at least did my TF today! No excuses! Now off to start my antibiotics and relax for the rest of evening!

Congratulations! Today was supposed to be Firestarter but I skipped it to do a local 5K. I did much better than expected and I believe I have almost 3 weeks of TF to thank for that!

Week 3 - Low HIIT 25 today! I thought this was okay...kind of awkward but I'll get the hang of it eventually! Today is weigh-in day for me and I'm up one pound. Low HIIT 20 for me today. Felt pretty good during it....it's hard work but I like the fact that it's only 18 minutes. Even though it's HIIT, still makes me feel like an easy day because of a shorter workout time when I get home from work.

planned to do Fire 40 today and Abs 10 tomorrow but I'm feeling sick today from a horrible nights sleep last night so I did Abs 10 today and will hopefully get some rest tonight and be ready to take on Fire 40 tomorrow morning.

I hope not! Once I reach my goal I will track by measuring and weighing myself weekly...any changes in the wrong direction and I will log to get myself back on track but I dont want to do this everyday for the rest of my life.

I officially started today! Looking forward to the next 12 weeks....TF will end around my 1st wedding anniversary and I'm hoping to be back in "wedding shape" for our trip....I gained the newlywed nine (plus more!!)

I also follow road map and my TDEE -20% is about 1800 calories so I eat that much and only eat back enough of my exercise calories to get me to 1500-1600 NET calories for the day. I workout in the evening so my calorie burn determines if I need to a small dinner. Normally I don't because I ate enough during the day to fuel…
