Ok that's what I thought, thank you! I was over thinking it and didn't want to have the wrong #'s in my head and miss my goal because I thought I could go a little slower or something silly like that.

Today was Fire 40 and Abs 10!

I skipped Fire 30 last night. I got home from work at the same time they found where suspect #2 was hiding so I got sucked in to watching that. I made up for it today though! I did HIIT 15 then my lifting routine and then ended with Fire 30...feels great! Time to hit the showers now!

Week 6 - Low HIIT 20 done! 45 minutes of weight lifting and then Turbo Fire....great workout today!

Week 6 - HIIT 15 done! I can't believe I'm already starting week 6!! Today was my first time doing HIIT 15...wow lots of jumping! It was pretty fun though. I did weights before conquering HIIT 15.

Week 5 - Abs 10 Abs 10 was the only workout on the calendar today so I did my own 45 minute weight session before. Ready for the rest of my day!

Week 5 - Fire 30 done! Wasn't a great workout for me due to heartburn issues. My doctor said I could stop taking my med this week to see how it goes...well I'll be taking it again starting tomorrow morning. Bummer!

Fire 40 done! Finished week 4. I have been eating at the wrong calorie level this whole time so my week 4 check-in wasn't too impressive. I'm 98% my numbers are right now so I'm optimistic for the next four weeks.
