Hi all,

I finished my first four weeks of Turbo Fire yesterday. Yay! It actually took me about 4.5 weeks because I took a few days off, but I'm proud my myself nonetheless. Here are my weight/measurement updates:

Start
Weight:: 163.4
Waist (just below belly button): 38
Upper waist (just above belly button): 33
Hips: 41.5
Chest: 39
Arms: 12
Thigh: 24.5
Calf: 16

Week 4
Weight: 158.8 (-4.6lbs)
Waist (below belly button): 37 (-1)
Waist (above belly button): 31.5 (-1.5)
Hips: 41 (-.5)
Chest: 37.5 (-1.5)
Thigh: 24 (-.5)
Calf: 16 (0)

Total weight lost: 4.6lbs
Total inches lost: 5 inches

Here are my progress pictures so far. I don't really see much change, but I'm going to keep going! This is the first fitness program I have really stuck to and I am proud of myself for making it this far. This month I am going to start with some weighted gloves, so hopefully those will help as well.

You look more toned as well, and I bet your clothes are looser with that inch loss! Great stuff, you are an inspiration. Thanks for posting :-)
