for lunch i take a lot of salads, caesar, spinach with strawberries, pecans and goat cheese, chopped salads. I get a lot of my veg this way and it is easy to pack up to take to work

So I am down 4 this weigh in for a total of 7 all together. I know 4 seems like a big number but I am positive it is all water weight as for the first time in my life I made sure I drank 8 glasses a day. Thank u water!!

Candice - try to stay positive:flowerforyou: Try upping the calorie intake and see how you do next week. I know that it can be frustrating but the scale isn't always the best judge - do you feel better in general and are your clothes fitting differently?

My understanding is that for pasta is the calories are indicated in weight format it means before it is cooked, if it is in measurement format then it is after being cooked :)
