I ate between 1200-1400 cals (I usually stay at 1200) and tried my hardest to eat back all of my exercise calories. I was not that sucessful on eating back the exercise calories. So today was my weigh in day and I have lost 2.6 of the 3.1 pounds that I had acquired in the pervious 2 weeks. That is a great loss! Congrats on breaking into the 170's! About six weeks ago there were many posts on the forums about the juicing fast which was sparked by the documentary, I believe they were under the nutrition or support if you have the time to search for them they had a lot of suggestions and opinions in them.

I have a few "real" friends and have added "cyber" friends that have similar goals. I have not experienced any cons with adding friends, everyone is very encouraging and suporrtive.

I am also an OCD scale girl...I have recently bought a digital scale that tells you your body fat in weight and %, your muscle mass and your bone density...I love it!

I agree. There appear to be many days that are under 900 calories and have no fruit, veggies or proteins in them at all.

I had 3.5 oz. of veal piccata with 1/2 grilled zuchini, 6 mushrooms and mashed potatoes...if you skip mashed potatoes it is only 413 cals.
