I,ve benn eating 1900-1800, netting between 1550 to 1700 depending on exercise. My TDEE is 2394, BMR is 1544. I'll increase my calories by 100 - 200 and see how that goes. Thanks for feedback!

I'm 20, 169cm (5'6.5) and 70.8kg (156 - 155lbs). BMI is 24.9. I'm a student but I do move around a very large campus. And i alternate between 1hr to 45min weight sessions and 45-30 min cardio. 5 to 6 times a week.
