  • I agree, 1200 is just too little! Can you set it to lose 1 or even .5 pounds per week? If you lose more than that, it is gravy! The point is to lose the weight and keep it off, which takes time. Be more realistic because this is a life change, not a "diet". This is a great tool to get you into a healthier habit. Good luck!…
