My favorite is a black bean sweet potato enchilada. It's freaking brilliant tasting, is cheap to make and makes a TON! http://www.nomeatathlete.com/vegetarian-recipe-black-bean-and-sweet-potato-enchiladas/ ps that website has tons of tasty recipes, too

You've lost 36 pounds since November and you're not happy with that?!?! You didn't gain the weight overnight you're not going to lose it overnight either. You have a very healthy weight loss to date, embrace that instead of giving yourself anal leakage

I don't know if you're addressing the OP who is currently nursing as well but I'm not nursing and i've had no pain at all. i wear very supportive bras, however, so that may make a difference? My current fave sports bra is the panache sport. I only have to wear 1!

good luck! my friend highly recommends that place

Not sure what you want to do, but I went to active.com and it appears there are a few things coming up, most I saw were running events, but you can play with the settings on it too, and search for different things

I did a google search because I'd heard of the place on grand, but couldn't remember their name and found this article :) http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/top-lists/guide-bra-fittings-twin-cities/

No, you should NOT be ok with that calorie level. 1200 is a generic number and MANY people need to eat much more than that! You should eat above your BMR... I did that 1200 cal nonsense until I got educated about what my body needs and now I'm eating 2100/day and am losing weight at a good pace. OP, check out scoobys…

She's eating her TDEE -20%, how much more would you like her to eat?! That's a healthy amount, do some research :)

It's not timed and its definitely not competitive so just go out and have a good time :) I did it last year, it was at the fairgrounds and traffic was a f*ing nightmare. Tkae that into consideration when getting there, unless they improve for this year

(I'm not a doctor) but my good friend works for an OB/GYN who suggests all her patients with these issues take B6. She swears by it. i just started, hoping it helps! Obviously check with your doctor/your situation to make sure ths would not interfere with any med issues you might have

[/quote] Thanks for the advice and I do Love running... I think about it all the time. It is hard to make sure I don't increase my milage too quickly b/c I'd love to run everyday.... Is there anything wrong with me jogging and not being able to hold a conversation on "easy" run days? Wouldn't I eventually be able to hold a…

Do a forum search and type in HRM or heart rate monitor. You'll really find all the info you need there :)
-
YAY! Good for you, I hope you learn to love running as much as I do :) 1) Easy runs are supposed to be where you can hold a conversation. So if you start out walking fast, then do that and you'll gradually build up the ability to talk/run. I will sometimes sing along with a song. I'm sure people think I'm nuts but screw em…

only you can really answer if you're burning cals while coaching. wear a HRM and find out sometime.
-
Wear it to the gym, work your *kitten* off and watch how many cals you burn. It won't really help you to wear it all day, I mean you can, but it's not what it's meant for.
-
nope, eat whatever you want as long as it's within your cals, youre not allergic or have any kinds of adverse reactions. when you "avoid" or "cut out" foods, you'll end up craving, binging and hating yourself (ok, maybe that's just me but whatever). If you give yourself permission to eat whatever you want, you'll have…

If you're calculating TDEE, you should NOT have it set at sedentary because you're taking into account your exercise. Set the TDEE what it should be

was the rest of the day fried chicken in gravy? Then I'd say probably not the best idea. but if you're hungry and your choosing between twinkies and a salad, then go for the salad by all means :)

My family has finally given up now that I'm 34! My S-I-L literally told me I was screwing up my life because we have a uterus for a reason. oy vey... now she's the one with a messed up kid, karma came attacking

that I'm flawed as a woman because I don't want to use my uterus for babies :)
