My favorite right now is Jillian Michaels No More Trouble zones. You do need a set of weights but it works out EVERYTHING. I've seen some great changes in my measurements the past few weeks.

I like No More Trouble Zones the best. I've been doing 6week6pack to keep it interesting but I like the pacing better on NMTZ.

Look up couch 2 5k. I couldn't run 60 seconds when I first started and now I'm up to 2.5 miles! I don't consider myself a "runner" yet but make sure you have good shoes. I went through 2 weeks of horrible ankle pain before I wised up.

Week 4 was the hardest for me. I just started week 6 and it seems pretty easy compared to week 4& 5. I had to do it twice to progress. Take your time- the endurance will come! In a few weeks running five minutes will seem like nothing!!!

30 day shred is good if you are a beginner and you have a limited ti e to work out. I personally love No More Trouble Zones.
