Hey ladies. I completely dislocated my shoulder this morning. I will find out tomorrow if I have to have surgery. :-( my mobility is rather limited for at least 10 days. I think I will need to drop out of the challenge. I will still be on mfp so say hi and I will keep up with your progress as well. Keep up the good work!!!!

My oldest son brought his knect from his dad's house one day, and he was playing volleyball on it....BUT the poor kid is so tall that when he went to go spike the ball he hit the ceiling fan! I had a good laugh. I am glad you had a great day!!

Well, I got my strength point for today and dancing and logging cals....did not meet the protein today, but that's okay. Tomorrow is another hiking day and grading writing....woo. :-)

I was feeling that way this morning! I really wanted to hop on the scale. :-) We can resist! On another note, I apologize for being MIA the past couple days. It's getting to report card time and I am so busy and TIRED! I will update my points and stuff, but so far this week has ben going really well!

I suffer from migrains too, so I can empathize. Glad you are back up and at it today! I love your suggestion on the fruits and veggies...it is much easier to grab something already ready for you. Especially since I generally fix my lunch in the midst of getting ready for work. :-)

I eat some of my burned calories back...otherwise i'm only getting like 900 cals a day and MFP yells at me. :-) I've don't the 6 small meals a day, and it was hard for me to do it because of my schedule and stuff.
