I too am looking for active members with open diaries. I do log most every day and will hold you accountable if you hold me accountable. I've lost 30 pounds and would love to lose another 20! Please add me if you're active daily.

Holy Crap, you already look like a different person and it's only been three months. Pictures really do tell the story.

5'4" Starting weight 181.4 Current weight 152 Goal weight 135-145, depending on how I feel when I reach 145 :)

Feel free to add me too. I find it motivating to see others food logs and exercise routines, it makes me want to do better!

This is a HUGE deal, ask any health care professional. You have taken a very big step to improve your quality of life; well done.
-
Ya' got this; you will, if you continue with what you are doing reach your goal. And, yes. I can see how you can be smitten with Miss 2. She's adorable!

I was finally able to hook my bra on the middle catch instead of the last catch, and last night when hubby and I went out for dinner was able to fit into my size 10 jeans (comfortably), something I have not been able to do for a long time. But the best NSV was having the server package up a full half of my meal and not…

Every Wednesday at the same time and at the gym, on their very expensive, very accurate scale.

I am back again. On and off again and again so often it is embarrassing. I've lost about 16 and still have nearly 30 to go. So anyone wishing to add me please do. I promise to check in everyday and together we can get this done.

Originally from B'more and LOVED the Colts, and then one morning on my drive to work I heard that Mayflower Moving was at the Stadium (back then it was Memorial Stadium) and the team had left town. They became the Indianapolis Colts; I hated them overnight. Forward many years and I now live in Massachusetts and since my…

Amazing; you are an inspiration!

I definately need something new to motivate me. So, if there's still room, I'm in.

Count me in. I want to lose more than 5 pounds, but doing that in a month sounds good to me!

It was the best $ I even spent. If she still lived close I would still be seeing her, but she moved 60 miles away. She gave me the motivation to push myself harder and longer; she gave me the tools I needed to improve my diet. I fell off the routine and am again seeking a trainer. Try it, do at least 5 sessions and see how…

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup uncooked quick oats 1/2 medium banana 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ice mix in blender

I love Ben & Jerry's...one of the reasons I'm here!

I usually have one in the morning on my drive to work. I mix the protein powder in the blender with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup of berries or 1/2 cup of any fruit I happen to have, 1/4 c quick oats uncooked, and some ice. I find it keeps me full until lunch. I am one of those people that have a difficult time…

I do eat a protein bar every now and then. I work in retail and depending on the shift I may not have enough time to eat a regualr meal. I use Detour Bars low sugar...they are 170 calories and 15 grams of protein. I think they have 7 grams of fat and maybe 1-3 grams sugar. I use them as a sort of meal replacement or as one…

I have between 3-5 for my first goal and 13-15 for my ultimate goal (what I weighted when I got married 17 years ago). Needless to say that if I don't hit the "ultimate goal" I will not be disappointed!
-
You certainly have earned this! I was like "Holy Cra*, is that the same person!?
-
I do 40% Carbs, 35% protein and 25% sugar. That sugar will really sneak in; it's in everything...or at least it seems so. I am 5 pounds from my happy goal weight (15 from my dancin' in the street goal weight). But really, in the end it really is up to how you feel. For me 30% sugar would be way too much.

I started at slightly over 181 and my ultimate goal weight is 135, which is a loss of 46 pounds. I'm at just abut 150, so getting there. These last are the most difficult and I will really need to up the game to get rid of them. The weight I am shooting for is what I was when I got married (I was 46, so not a 20 something)…

Cape Cod...actually the town of Bourne, Massachusetts
