I use a HRM. I found out I burn calories a little differently than what MFP states. Right now, I am in the high 300's-400's per run. I just finished W4D3. The last two days were harder. Today, I feel like I can go onto W5D1. The key is to take it slow. Later on, you can build your speed. For right now, work on distance. If you don't feel good about moving on, take another day or so to do it.

Actually, a food bank is not a bad idea. You can use this to supplement your budget, and pay it forward when you are able. Don't be ashamed about it.

This is what I did today. It helped a lot! I figure the neighbors could laugh along with me as I hobbled down the street. Week 4 is a good opportunity to work on pacing.

The last time I did C25K, I got up to week 5, day 2. Today, I started week 4 and don't remember it being this hard! I may spend some extra time on it before I move up to week 5, if I don't chicken out and go back to week 3 for another day before I try again. Those 5 min. runs are a huge step from week 3 for me.

Before you go on anti-anxiety meds make sure you educate yourself thoroughly about them. They are very serious drugs. Research SSRI withdrawal/SSRI discontinuation syndrome.
