Just finished day 1! It went better than expected. I also had music on in the background to help keep me energized. Tomorrow I'll probably mute the TV.

Hey! Feel free to add/message me. My goal is 5 lbs a month, too. I also exercise 3-5 days a week (spin class and strength training), and I try to do 30 minutes of yoga every day at home.

I also have lupus. I was on prednisone last year for a while and gained a lot of water weight. I managed not to put on a lot of fat by counting calories to know when I was actually hungry. I also followed a low salt diet and the weight came off fairly fast after I was off the prednisone. I have lost the water and am now…
