I have a bull dog beagle mix....He is called a beabull. Walking him has been my summer exercise and I feel great!!!!

My legs don't even look like mine anymore and all I've done is walk a dog around 1 block at a very fast pace every day for the entire summer. Want better looking legs, get out there and walk.

I love hooping....I also have been doing it for about a year also. Has wittled my waist to about the size it was in high school, not to mention my rear end and legs. Don't stop hooping.....

Do not boil them. Bring the water to a boil and then turn off the burner. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 9 minutes. Rinse with cold water and then peel immediately. It really works. I had almost stopped making hard boiled eggs because they wouldn't peel. Now I make them all the time....Try it, it works

The trick is not to boil them. Yep that is right don't boil them. Let the water come up to a boil and turn off the burner. Let the eggs sit in the pan of hot water for 9 minutes. Then run them under cold water and peel immediately. You will be pleasantly surprised. Just did this last night.

I was up to day 9 on level one and came down with a horrible head cold. Had to quit for a week, I couldn't breath. Feeling better today, I am going to start all over...Hoping I stay healthy......hurry up Spring!!!

I have been hooping since July 2011, I have lost a ton of inches in my back and waist.....I love it....I do it about 20 minutes every day....

I have been using a weighted hula hoop and hooping for 30 minutes everday. I can see my abs slowly shaping up more and more everyday....and it is fun too....
