I used to play the King's Quest games (Sierra games) My favorites are Dragon Warrior All the FInal Fantasy's (I bought final fantasy 1 when it first came out in the US on the NES back in 1990) Final Fantasy VII was my favorite of the series Kingdom Hearts

My initial test was 54 and I just did my test after week 4 and I am at 81 now :) Starting week 5 day 1 soon!

Finished week 4 day 2 today. I am on the level 3 program. Completed 25 + 29 + 25 + 25 + (52 on final set) = 156 total pushups :)

It seemed like you were asking for a "max # of pushups" every week. To me that is an evaluation instead of what your final number of pushups is on the end of your sets.

According to the program you shouldn't do the "exhaustion test" every week. You should just be doing the pushups for days 1,2, and 3 according to the program. At the end of week 4 then you will do another test to see how many pushups you can perform so that way you will know what level to be in for week 5.

I went from Missouri to Cheyenne, WY and the transition was pretty hard. It took a good 3 months of working out to acclimate to the elevation out here.
