Did my D3W2 last night. I'm starting to get the hang of the new moves, but I just can't do the ab move where you climb up each leg with your hands. Just finished day one of level 1 on Ripped in 30. Many of the moves were familiar, coming from other Jillian DVDs. Several of the moves were from levels 2 and 3 of the 30 day shred. I would definitely say it was tougher than level 1 of 30DS. More stretching at the end, which was nice. Feels good. I'll keep you posted on…

Yay! So glad to have folks to suffer with me! I did 30DS last summer to get ready for my wedding, and I had great success with it. Looking forward to trying Ripped in 30. I've heard it's even more intense!
