  • Try WiiFit- lots of different 'games' in the WiiFit game that comes with the system, plus you can buy other games- Just Dance, Just Dance 2, Walk it Out are fun ones I like.
  • I love edamame in the single serve pouches! I get mine at Costco, not sure what the actual brand is. My new go to food are FRUIT (if I am craving sweet) and Quaker popcorn rice cakes (if i want salty). Who knew a rice cake could be satisfying?! :-)

  • I'm a fan of organic and buy organic produce when I have a choice. I also prefer to buy produce from the USA as well- but that isn't always available for every fruit or vege, so I do what I can.
  • I used Nutrisystem, and it worked for me to lose 30 pounds. After that though, I got tired of the food. Now I am doing things on my own- checking labels, watching portions, etc. Its not a bad way to get a kick start.
  • I made some steak pinwheels last week- really good! Take a thin steak cut, pound out out thinner... add spinach leaves and roasted red peppers (you can buy them in a jar). Roll up jelly-roll style with the grain of the meat going left-to-right. Then you can cut the steak roll into thin pinwheels, secure with toothpicks-…
