You are doing and looking fantastic! I know the issue of baggy pants, I broke down and bight 2 "new to me" pairs my other jeans just wouldn't stay up...i now need to find "new" khaki shorts for work, even with button adjustment and belt as tight as I could get it they would not stay up lol... I'm still here not so strong today...totally exhausted from this weekend...oh and yeh my floors need cleaning too but I slip and slide too much as it is to bear walk with rags on my hands lol I loved doing it outside in the grass though

I've been doing the challenges, but my internet is so flaky I'm doing good to hit wifi hotspots right now to log what I need to each day. I'm praying to hold out and get a smart phone next week, but how crazy the phone I have is acting it may be this week, and just be tight on funds for a week.

It's a tough one, but become very vigilant about what you are going to eat before you eat it. I spent 15 mins yesterday comparing sodium on just applesauce the other day before buying it. 1 had sodium one did not. Carbs on one was higher, while calories were higher on another...you have to become anal, and drinking more…

Try to see if it is in the data base, if not do a google search...When you do enter it I'd guestimate higher than what you think it could be to be on the safe side. It's exactly how I did with the boyfriend's brother's lasagna last month...

I think I did about 500 extra crunches that week. I did complete all of the other week 3 activities as well as wk 4 activities. Have always been under in calories, and over in water
