I'm good for all 6 days of last weeks (wk 4) challenges. done and done! Water was way over every day, and calories under. Walking I did 27 miles about 15 over what I would normally do. did my 200 jumping jacks (I still swear they are evil!) and did 300 crunches these were above the "required" for the challenges....

Take the meds and go to bed...if they do have calories they don't count as the headache is burning up more calories and isn't worth your pain. I take glucosamine every day 15 calories, big woop sorry but I don't count them...1 or 2 calories won't kill you...Feel better....

I love it...it seems to be my go to food these days...have a measuring cup that only sees cereal, and I eat it dry...great finger food!

Honestly what is it with today? I have no energy (and not doing much of anything) and have been hungry all flipping day myself. I really need someone to go walking with that will literally drag me out of my apt. If you come up with an idea please share...I've munched on all of my favorite healthy, usually keep me satisfied…

I agree not much you can do but try walking...so if you want to run just walk faster, but not quite run...it is easier on the joints :smile:

I would put sedentary, and then you can count all the other as exercise :wink: It's what I've done, and even if you don't count all of it then you aren't over counting your exercise vs your calories if that makes any sense...

Like everyone has said add more detail and be patient. Save your recipes and/or meals (it allows you to reuse these) The longer you use it the easier it gets. Because it will save what you have used in the past so you can easily find it...but I love adding my recipes to reuse or the meals tab, that way you can reuse it for…

Oh ladies I'm sorry! I remember those days and not happily! I am one of those that will throw up and be violently ill, pass out and all but die from the cramps...I always gained weight but could never eat during that time (how is that even possible?) I had a horrible time on the pill. I gained weight (more than I'm willing to admit), had all sorts of ugly side effects...or is it affects? heck I can't think...anyways if you are concerned as everyone has said talk to the doctor. I did much better on the shot and it's only once every 3 months...
