180lbs. I have to admit last year my goal was 175lbs but then when i achieved 185 last year i was really thin so 180 and toned i think is perfect. I would hate to see what i look like at 175 and i think my husband would agree now seeing what i look like at 185.

Best post of the day!!! All so very true. I never thought about the fact that you can seriously OD on water and kill yourself. Too much of anything can be bad but moderation is always key. I love my Pepsi Max, Aspartame and all!!! :laugh:
