None! build some muscle and sculpt, you will lose inches which is way better than trying to lose weight!

I think my Marine is the best because I created him before he was ever a Marine! :D

Size 0 can be a lot of things not jus clothing size. My heaviest weight ever was 200lbs. I am 5"4" tall, and I would consider myself a medium frame with most of my weight in the hips and thighs. I have clothes that range from size 0 to size 4 and my zumba pants are large. so there you go, yes you can reach a size 0 even if…

Good idea! I believe you will be successful! :)

Hello, always think of your weightloss as a long term activity with many many different results. You should always be greatful that you are not gaining and that any weightloss is that much closer to your goal. You didn't gain over night and you won't lose overnight either. Also, look at all your other accomplishments which…

Just about any woman can lose at 1600 without exercise if all things are in line metabolically. [/quote] Taking it off without exercise is probably doable, but how long will you keep it off once you return to your regular eating habits? Eating right is just half your journey....

25lbs from 8 to a 2-4
-
Completely unreasonable!! What's your hurry? The faster you lose the faster it comes back on. It took me 9 months to lose 25 and it's a lot easier to keep it off. Rethink your plan...

How do your clothes fit? Use that as your determinant of your results instead of the scale!
-
Because I love the Zumba man!!!

Why drive? that's hazardous to your health...so is going to the movies, shopping, school, etc etc. IF we all took on a "why bother' attitude, where would we be???

Really????

The easy answer to this dilemma is to do what works for YOU. We are all different and have different bodies and fitness levels. Try both and see what works for you and plan that way. Always remember, what works for one doesn't work for another. Good luck on your journey, feel free to add me as a friend :)

Since you need motivation, stick to group exercise classes so the instructor can get you through the hour. But, you have to find one that you really like! :) Good luck, it's terrible not to like exercise, to me it's like skipping a meal, but I love it so I guess that doesn't count! :)
-
EAT IT after you EXERCISE, I know you're not skipping your workout?
-
sorry, but I will not SKIMP on my coffee, I have never done anything different with my coffee and I still reached goal weight! Save calories on something else! :)

Are you losing 2lbs a week?
-
take your HR manually and compare to the gadget. Prior to exercise it should be in double digits not triple.
-
9/1 29 minutes run 3.10 mile 9/2 60 minutes Zumba

if your cleavage is like what you have on your profile pic, that's a lot more than cleavage (still look good though) so I suppose we should define what type of cleavage you are talking about??? :) Regardless, do what makes you feel good, everyone else's opinion doesn't really matter!!!

don't eat if you are not hungry! Balance out your "check book", when I have crazy days like that I look at my weekly goal and then balance it that way. For example, last week was a huge calorie burn week for me, I had 4900+ calories on Saturday and still had 2 more workouts to clock, so I divided the 4900 by 2 and then…

I'm a spin instructor and have been for 9 years, 5:30am in the morning, and I love it! I always encourage my students to stick with it a minimum of 4 classes before they decide if they will continue and also that it takes about that long and up to 8 weeks to find your comfort zone on the seat :) The calories you burn is…
