  • Tuesday 8/2 Recumbent bike - 5 mi Windmills - I'd say yes. I did an hour of strength training. Water - No Salmat77: I use the recumbent bike at the Y. It calculates calories for you. I'm not tracking calories. Working out is taking all my emotional energy right now.
  • Monday 8/1 Recumbent bike - 5.8 mi Rowing machine - 1.2 mi Total - 7 mi Crunches - 50 Under calories - don't have food under control yet POINTS = 75?
