Level 2 day 3 done. Gee do ihate walking push ups, oh and the pendulum lunges, just cannot do them properly.

Yay, just finished level 1 Day 10. I am so ready to move on, i could do level1 in my sleep. I am a bit scared of level 2 though.

Okay finished Day 7 level 1. I've set my goal for tomorrow to do at least 5 push ups on my toes. I actually can't wait for level 2 in a way as i'm sort of getting bored with the same thing everyday now. Does anyone know of any other exercise dvd's that are about 25 minutes long and kick your butt like this work out.…

Sorry I'm a little late joining in. But I like the idea of checking in every day. I finishied Level 1 day 5 this morning, not hurting as much, but in saying that my thighs are a little sore. Bring on day 6 I say.

Hi all, i am glad i read this post. I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis). And at the moment doing any kind of exercise has resulted in pain in my hips. So once again I've started the 30 day shred (modified) and hopefully if I can just get through the pain for the first few days it'll get easier. Just a…

Yep count me in too. I started day 1 yesterday and have completed day 2 today. Hopefully i'll get to level 3 day 10 this time around. Let's do it.
