It sounds like you're using food to de-stress ( is that a word?). You need to find another way to unwind after work. Or you could get up early and exercise the extra calories off. And if you track your food and exercise, you'll know exactly how much you can eat.

I read about half of the book and I didn't like. I wasn't offended by the language or anything (actually I found it amusing). The problem for me was that the book was WAY too pushy. It bashed pretty much every food industry EXCEPT the soy industry. It also pointed out a lot of problems with believing in government food…

Hi, I'm verair. I'm 19 and about 33lbs overweight. I've always been overweight and I'm hoping that this challenge will motivate me to lose the weight. After I reach a healthy weight I'm going to start aiming for my ideal weight.
