I'm going through this right now! I think I've walked into the kitchen 10 times in the last hour, reached for something, and then put it back. I can't stop thinking about cookies!!! I had raisins instead. bleh.

I do 6 tbsp of egg whites (I think it's equivalent to 2 eggs), a Thomas Everything Bagel-Thin with mustard (sounds weird, so good), and some fresh fruit. The egg whites cook in about a minute. It's a very quick and filling breakfast!

I was putting away almost 3000 calories a day, and I was STILL hungry. I know it's just part of the territory, but prednisone is just horrible when you're trying to lose weight!

Try to eat a small snack before going to the gym. I agree with the banana, and make sure you stay hydrated! But most of all, listen to your body. If you're feeling dizzy, try to cut back just a little bit.

I'm currently on Prednisone for the Crohn's which is why I've been hitting the gym so hard lately. The first few weeks I was on it, I gained almost 10lbs! Hate that medicine.

I've never tried coconut creamer, because I HATE coconut. I can taste the tiniest speck if it's in something.

Does anyone find that almond milk is just not the same as creamer? It's so thin and just doesn't do it for me. I've tried using soy milk before, but I always go right back to the creamers.

I did 90 min at the gym this morning and I'm at a net of -27 calories today. I know one cookie won't do any damage, but I've already had SO much sugar today from fruit! I'm almost over my limit for the day. Ugh!
