I have the vegan chocolate Shakeology. It's meh. I do it when I crave chocolate but honestly, I never noticed it doing anything for me or my bod.

I just hit 73 hours of not smoking after about a pack a day for 10+ years. I'm expecting to snack like crazy so I come prepared to work: salads, fresh fruit, granola, nuts, etc. and drinking TONS of water to flush my system.

I usually have a banana, half a cup of blackberries, half a cup of raspberries, and about 10 strawberries. I love them way too much to give them up, but the carbs from a banana alone are scary!!

Just to be clear, I do not miss smoking. I've just found since I've quit, my appetite has increased significantly and I've been appeasing it. I was just looking for similar stories with weight gain/loss after quitting, not tips on how to deal with nicotine cravings. Thanks!

I'm just shy of 5'3 but my profile pic is my transformation! From about 136 down to 117 (that was my weight today).

I haven't had red meat, let alone any meat, in years. Growing up, my family ate a lot of chicken, so that was hard to cut out. Red meat was never a big part of my diet, so giving it up wasn't too difficult. I will say, however, that eliminating meat from my diet has made me feel better overall.

Not really. I took a few before pictures last summer, when I was about 12 lbs heaver. Haven't looked at them since. Never want to look like that again!

THIS. the gym is not a singles club. it's a gym. the purpose is to get in, exercise, and get out. if i see a guy staring at me while i'm on the treadmill, i feel really uncomfortable and do everything i can to avoid eye contact. so yeah...don't.

Yes you can shower! Just don't put the tattoos under the stream of water; essentially, don't saturate it. When you clean it/them, use lukewarm water and antibacterial soap. Lotion is optional, balm is optional. The only hard part is not scratching and picking at it when it starts to peel!

I use soda as a treat; I only order it when I eat at a restaurant and even then, it's always diet. I stopped drinking it a while ago and really lost a taste for it. Now my weakness is sugar free red bull! mmmm....
