I actually like Michael Moore. I think his movies are entertaining and I take everything he says with a grain of salt. With that being said, he hasn't made me change my views on anything, I just find him to be a good filmmaker.

I think it depends on what you eat. My goal is 1200 calories a day, and my diet mainly consists of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. The fiber is filling and I eat ALL day. Ummm...tofu isn't gross at all; it's a blank canvas. I'm vegan, and make tofu scrambles every morning for breakfast with seasoning and vegetables. You can cook it however you like, and it takes on the flavor of anything and everything. It's great for substitutions in recipes, and it's really high in protein.

I'm doing EA Sports Fitness on Wii and playing Wii Sports in the evenings. The EASF game is intense! Tons of squats and running and strength training. I'm so sore!

Well this is nice to see! I go over sugar EVERY DAY, and I eat really well. My sugars come from vegetables, coconut coffee creamer, and one piece of fruit. Regardless of how healthy I eat, I'm always over. Glad it's nothing to freak out about!
