  • Every morning. As long as you account for occasional stalling, you'll be ok. It doesn't really discourage me at all. Besides, if you're doing this right, you really shouldn't see any weight gain from day to day.

  • In the beginning, i tried to avoid doing that kind of thing, because I figured cals-in/cals-out mattered the most. but these days, yeah, I try to not eat four hours before sleeping.
