  • Absolutely go to a running shoe specialist. Find out where the high school near you sends their cross country kids to get shoes. Take your old running shoes with you, so they can see how the sole is wearing. Invest in a decent pair of running socks too. Good luck!
  • Love it! My sweet tooth thanks you!
  • ALWAYS shop with a list & your menu for the week, next few days, etc. I decide the weekly menu once I know what's on sale. I usually buy generic too. I have 3 boys - they don't care so why pay extra.

  • I absolutely agree that the calorie threat should not prevent you from having a good time! Life is to be enjoyed. Since I end up going out to eat often, I try to look up the restaurant's menu online ahead of time. Some places will post calorie/fat content or have a "healthy heart" option. Happy Birthday!
  • Awwwwww! He's adorable! Dog lovers are the nicest people. :) ^..^
  • Like the poster before me, I also take Spring Valley Probiotic Multi-Enzyme Digestive Formula. What a difference for me! I felt less bloated within a day or two. It was about $7-$10 at Walmart for 200 tablets. Good luck!

  • Good luck! You are wise to try losing weight before having another child. Wish I would've been as smart. Now load up the stroller & take that baby for a walk, enjoy! :)
  • I can totally relate! I love my coffee too! I use the individual packets of Land O' Lakes Mini Moo's Half & Half. The creamer is pre-measured so I don't "accidentally" add more than I should. Each creamer serving is 10 calories. And remember, coffee is an effective natural metabolism booster. Now I'm in the mood for a cup…
