Trying to gain wait is not as easy as it sounds apparently! lol I have a friend also trying to gain, in a healthy way. I would suggest keeping protein bars (I love the Quest bars!) & a bag of almonds handy since convenience is a must with your schedule. Both can be kept in your car. Snack when you can. Just not on junk…

COFFEE! Just the sound of it makes me smile. A year ago I gave up sugar in my coffee at the urging of my trainer. Now I just use a little fat-free Half-N-Half or skim milk. I figure it's calcium, right?! I can tell from this post that I'm not the only once who LOVES coffee! :)

Bump - maybe I'll create a new board for healthy stuff! Thanks for combining MFP & Pinterest! :)

Loved this episode. Liked that they ran both storylines, from the compound & the prison. I was not a big fan of Lori but I sure didn't want her to die that way! And I sure didn't want T-Dog to die. :(

I'm on the last book now. it's been mildly entertaining. If I read one more time about "just-facked hair" & "happy trails" & "stirrings down...there" & "biting lips & eye rolls" I just might turn into a Dom and beat someone. I like the story but the sex schtick is getting old by the third book. Has anyone seen the clip of…

What a beautiful smile in the second pic. You look wonderful - & happy. Congrats!

My blood type is actually coffee - I wouldn't lie. A little caffeine when my energy level is running low is the best thing for me personally. Can't imagine giving it up. Btw, yours is the funniest post I've read ever! Thanks for the laugh - helped me burn a few calories. xo

You know that pic of you with the black skirt & cutout turquoise top? The one with the rockin' shoes? YOWZAA! You look amazing! Congrats!

I'm more of a "wogger" than a runner but I do enjoy it & am always looking for ideas, tips, etc. that I can use or pass along. Especially need ideas for how you all stay charged during the winter. I don't use a treadmill, just a Nordic Track. Happy Running!

Oatmeal (1 minute 40 seconds in the microwave) with blanched almonds & maybe tart cherries? Eat it while you're curling your hair. Quick & easy. Be sure to eat though!!!! :)

I agree with the 30 Day Shred advice, fabulous workout for those days you're pressed for time. Walking & jogging really helped me lose the belly fat. Sounds like you're getting plenty of that in. Be sure to eat on your lunch break too. :)

I refuse to answer this on the grounds I may incriminate myself. (I'm traveling right now & this hotel has those warm cinnamon rolls....I'll try to limit myself to one.:))

I don't log house or yard work. I consider that part of "living." I also work at school & I know it can be physical at times, but not huge calorie busters. I'm afraid if I start keeping track of every little calorie I burn that I'll be more inclined to eat more. I'll be curious to see what others do.

You can't take care of the people you love until you take care of yourself. Good luck, dear! :)

Dang, these posts are making me want my oatmeal! I have a bowl every morning usually with cinnamon & craisins or frozen blueberries (it cools the oatmeal down quickly - bonus). Sometimes a little raw sugar & sliced almonds. Oh, so yummy!

Trust me, honey. You can do it. It isn't going to be pretty or easy but you can do it. On crazy days when I don't have much time to exercise, I throw in a 20 minute workout video. My newest choice (thanks to a MFP friend) is Jillian Michaels 30 Day Schred. I'm 20 years older than you, you still have youth on your side! You…

Hi & welcome to MFP. I'm a few years older than you, feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. Like you, I have a killer schedule. You'll find the Food/Calorie Counter very helpful with your binging. I did. Once I saw how many mindless calories I was eating I got better. Good luck! :)

Wow, two great suggestions! Thank you! Soup is something I can make on the weekend in prep for the busy week ahead. Why didn't I think of that?! And I will look into protein powder to make a smoothie, thank you so much for a recipe. Now I'm getting excited to try something new. :)

ha ha! I need to show this one to MY husband!

Wow, you really can see a difference! I've been doing a 30DS challenge for a week now, thanks to MFP, & hope my results are as impressive. Way to go!
