So for kicks what are you eating for breakfast or what did you had for breakfast?...Me I'm eating 3/4 egg whites and 1 cup of homemade pinto beans ....

  • that sounds really healthy! i had a piece of whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a cup of coffee with sweet n low and I'm already at 200+ calories. boo!

    (I'm traveling right now & this hotel has those warm cinnamon rolls....I'll try to limit myself to one.:))

    Hey we are only humans and we need to work with what we got..so if its cinnamon rolls make it with a side of jumping jacks or push ups :)

    Good morning! I had a whole wheat roll with a fried egg (with Pam) and a slice of reduced fat cheddar.... with coffee. Needed some protein as my husband will have me helping with yard work soon, LOL

    Breakfast~ Fiber One Cereal, Blueberries, 1% Milk

    Snack(right now)~ Fiber One Brownie (are we seeing a trend here?)

    Just did JM Banish Fat DVD and finishing 1st bottle of Water

    Lunch~ Spinach Salad with chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing and Watermelon. Oh, and my beloved Green Tea!

    For breakfast I had an Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake, Creamy Milk Chocolate. I had Cheerios last night and didn't want to eat that again this morning. :)

    I'll have some carrots in about another hour. Definitely need to go grocery shopping!

    For lunch I think I'll be at Subway again. Instead of the Oven Crisp Chicken I'm going with the Oven Grilled Chicken and will add the Apple Crispz.
