Hi everyone,
I started the iPhone app 4 days ago and find it "fun" actually. I'm hoping to find support on the website to keep me going. My goal is to lose 60 lbs by the time I'm 50 in December 2013. I think that's a doable goal, but sure a long way off.
I'm currently earning my masters through an online program and all I want to do is nosh, nosh, binge, binge. Ugh, gotta get off this roller coaster and feel healthy!
As an aside - Can someone tell me how to add the progress chart and info to the bottom of their posts??

Hi & welcome to MFP. I'm a few years older than you, feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. Like you, I have a killer schedule. You'll find the Food/Calorie Counter very helpful with your binging. I did. Once I saw how many mindless calories I was eating I got better. Good luck!0
