I have some pretty good recipes in my food diary you are more than welcome to look at them. I am also diabetic and have been for the last 8 years. Take one of the large tubs of greek yogurt add a cup of any fresh fruit(pureed) that you like plus a tbsp of lemon juice and a tbsp of honey pour into 6 popcicle molds and freeze:)
