I agree! It will be fine! If it's not happening on a daily basic then I'm sure it isn't going to hurt you to bad this one time. Try and drink more water when that kind of thing happens. Thanks for sharing and just keep your head up high :happy:

I wasn't really able to count my steps but I did make sure that I was walking as much as I could this week. I took the dog out for longer walks everyday and went to places like malls and flea markets and just walked. Weighed in today and i am down 5 Ibs! I am now finally out of the 300s and sitting at 295. Can't wait until I can say I am at 250!

I am SOOOOO ready for the next challenge :tongue: I did pretty good on this weeks challenge and I lost 4 Ibs :happy: Can't complain about that now can you :laugh: Hope you guys see some good results as well!

CW: 300 Lost 4 Ibs this week :happy: As for the blurpees....I wish i could say I did them.....but I didn't :cry: But I did burn over 4000 cals this week and watched my sodium (new for me Lol) I've also been spending a lot of time at the pool doing laps :heart:

30 minutes is better then nothing! Your not slacking at all :happy: I have a little sister who is like a fish and could live in the water if you let her Lol. That being said I am always at the pool with her.

Surprisingly, I managed to do well on this weeks challenge so far. I have already surpassed the 4000 cals lost and I still have the weekend to get some more in :happy: (gotta love swimming). As for sodium I have been doing pretty good also. I am looking foreward to next week :tongue:

It has been a good 3 days! I almost didn't work out today but ended up going to the pool last minute and doing an hour and 15 minutes of laps! My start weight is 304 and I am very excited about weighing in on Sunday morning! Good Luck to everyone and keep up the great work!

An hour and 15 minutes in tonight! Babysitting my little sister in-law for the next 2 days, so I'm sure we will be at the pool ALL day tomorrow and Friday Lol.

I did pretty good. Was worried for a bit cause it was raining pretty bad here in FL but it cleared up just in time for me to get 45 minutes of laps in for the day. I really enjoy swimming. It's almost like your not exercising but you are :laugh:
