Protein with every meal and srinking water will help with making you feel full. Also cutting out sugars are a huge help with weight gain.

I've been going up and then down again in weight for about 2-3 months now (between 280ish-270ish). I weighed myself this morning just to see how I was doing and I'm down to 277.4 (started at 285 at the beginning of this week). I'm thinking most of that has had to be water weight. Update: I am drinking tons of water (about 12 glasses a day) I'm thinking I'm going to try jogging for my new exercise. I'm going to see how long I can go without stopping (shooting for at least 5 minutes). Finally going to get my butt back in the gym! I haven't been over calories yet :happy:
